To delete your Epokingine Cloud account, go to your account settings and look for the button that says "DELETE ACCOUNT", you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. After this you will be sent an email with a link to continue with your account deletion. After clicking the link you will be brought to a page that will confirm your account deletion, after clicking this button your account deletion process will begin.
You must be signed in to do this.
After confirming your account deletion all of your volumes will be deactivated. You will have 30 days to download your files before they are fully deleted. After this 30 day period all of your files, account, and personal information will be deleted. We will not be able to retrive or restore any of your information once this process is completed.
If you are in a shared volume and have created or edited files within that volume other people will still have access to them. If you would like them removed delete them or contact the owner of the volume before deactivating your account.
